Hi, i am 29 and am married ( my husband is 32). I have a son that is 7 years old and he is such a great big brother. My daughter is only 9 months. We just move here about 2 months ago and dont know anyone around here really yet. Was wondering if anyone is interested in getting together for a BBQ, and just get to know each other. Friends are so hard to find and make. I am a stay home mom so i do get bored and miss my old friends a lot. Let me know if you are interested and would love to get together.

Hi Sheala, We've been here for about 3 months. On February 12th I am having an Avon Party that I would love for you to come to also. And anybody else on here interested. And I'm sure that a lot of people would be interested in a bbq. Me and my husband are only 19 and 20, and we have a 14 month old son. 

Welcome, Sheala. I work part time ata Day School. I still try to have a kids day on Wed 10-12 at the Bouncing Place. I am 37 & have 4 kids-ages 15,14,13 & 2 1/2. Believe it or not, friends are harder to make in small towns cause people here have been friends since grade school. I would be happy to be your friend!

I have a 14 month old son, and I'm 19. We should get together sometime. Do you sell Avon? I sell it and am getting help from my unit leader on it. I'm having it at my work since I work at the community center

Faith, yea I sell Avon too. I have tried to get a hold of the unit leader but cant ever get them to answer my emails. 

I know I have the same problem So I pretty much just e-mailed her and said I was doing it and planned it myself.

Hi everyone, I understand what yall mean.. it is really hard to meet people. I have been here since November and have met only a few people. :) Faith... I haven't been on in forever and just noticed that your Avon party is tomorrow.. I would have loved to come but can't plan that short notice.. I will def. be at the next one though. :) I am 22 and have an 8 month old son.. it sounds like a play date is def. in order with all these young kids! 

Yeah I just moved here in November too from Eglin AFB in FL. Even though it's a small town and small base here it isn't easy to meet people. I am a stay at home Mom with a 2 month old. I am about to turn 26. In FL I was a Pampered Chef consultant and would love to start my business back up here, if anyone was interested. I might have my first show at my house, we just moved on base if anyone would like to come! I had thought about trying to find some people to walk with during the day, especially in my neighborhood. We just moved on Eddy Loop if anyone is close by and would like to join me!
