Hi im new to holloman I have been here for 3 months.Im from idaho orginally. I have 2 kids a boy who is almost 5 and a girl who is 18months old. I have been married for 2 and half yrs and im a stay at home mom. I just wanted to share a little about myself im excited to get to know yall. kacee

Welcome! I have been here about 3 months also.. originally from Texas but was stationed in Japan prior to here. My husband and I have a 6 month old son and I am also a stay at home mom. I hope you're liking Holloman so far.. I am liking it--love the small time feel. 

its bigger than where we came from im finding it hard to meet people i was hoping to meet some here. i like it im still geting use to the bugs here lol i was so happy when it got cold!

It does take some getting used too this place but I promise its not as bad as some of the rep this place gets. lol I've found with a great group of friends, it makes this little town even better. I'm from a small town in Ohio so I know what you mean about glad it got cold for awhile. hehe I've found that going to home based business parties are a GREAT way too meet people, even if you can't order during the parties. Welcome to Holloman... Im Kat been here almost 9 months now... This place isnt all that bad... If your the outdoorsy type the summers here are for you... There are alot of places to go hiking and a few places up in the mountains you can go swimming... As for meeting new ppl all i can say is watch out ive met a few fake ppl on this base.. But alot of great friends to... Good Luck 

Yes, lots of outdoor activities to keep you busy here. Rockhounding, hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, and our dark skies make it perfect for astronomy and star gazing.
